I've dreamed of painting murals since I was a teen. So when a local small business asked if I would be interested in experimenting, I jumped at the opportunity! Since we live in the upper reaches of NW Minnesota, I figured a mural with loads of color would be a welcoming sight during the long, cold months of winter. We can't grow green around here during winter, but we can sure paint it!

We started by spraying on a white base coat.
The prep work is never much fun, but necessary. And now time to add color!
Unfortunately the business sold and the mural project was never fully completed. (first posted June 2019)
